Rainshadow Lop's Rabbitry has a few locations available for an agreed upon public meetup for drop off. Depending on distance these locations do have a $30-$60 fee for personal delivery.

If you live outside of Washington or do not wish to travel to meet up please have transport in mind before making a deposit.
